Matthew Mihalich is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and is admitted to practice inn the state of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He dedicates his efforts to the civil rights of workers and the right to a fair day's pay for a fair day's work. His interests in these areas includes claims of sexual harassment, gender, race, age, and disability discrimination claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mihalich was in solo practice focused on principles of economic and social justice. He has a long history of extensive pro bono and volunteer legal work in his community, including through the Employment Justice Center, where he frequently volunteers to help provide pro se assistance for low-income workers in the Washington, D.C. area.
Mr. Mihalich received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and International Affairs from The George Washington University. He is a member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association, the National Lawyers Guild, and sits on the board of the D.C. Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
